Industrial Epoxy Grout

Epoxy Grouts have a much higher compressive strength, bonding strength combined with much greater energy absorption than cementitious grouts.

Epoxy Grout is used for mitigating dynamic loads, as the interface between machinery and foundation.
BASF MASTERFLOW grouts are specially formulated to deliver high-strength structural stabilization and precision alignment even in the most demanding e nvironments. High-performance, non-shrink epoxy grouts are capable of handling tensile, shear, compressive and dynamic forces, and ensure effective bearing-load distribution, with zero shrinkage and resistance to fatigue and vibrations.

CHOCKFAST® Red is a three-component, high strength, 100% solids, epoxy grouting compound used to grout large machinery and to support soleplates in all types of foundations. CHOCKFAST® Red has an extremely high compressive strength. This along with negligible shrinkage makes it ideal for installing critically aligned machinery within very close tolerances.

DAYTON SUPERIOR Epoxy Grout J55 is a matched system of blended aggregates and pre-measured 100% solids, very low exotherm epoxy resin. When mixed, the result is a non-shrink grout that can be placed from 3/4″ (1.0 cm) up to a maximum of 8 inches (20.3 cm) deep in a single pour resulting in a 95% bearing area when properly installed

E-CHEM EP15-GROUT is a three-component, 100% solids, high performance, epoxy machine grout. It is characterized by high early strength, low dust, high bearing area, negligible shrinkage and creep, and excellent flowability.

ESCOWELD 7505E/7530 is a highly flowable, epoxy grout system engineered for use with dynamically – operated industrial machinery and equipment where performance and operating reliability are crucial. ESCOWELD grout functions as a critical interface between the equipment and its foundation ensuring proper transference of static and dynamic loads generated by operating equipment to the foundation. This allows the foundation to efficiently absorb and dissipate the loads true to its purpose. ESCOWELD also offers improved resistance to many industrial chemicals that would typically destroy conventional cement grouts. Philadelphia Resins, ESCOWELD grout can also be used to protect concrete foundations from chemical attack that would otherwise deteriorate as a result.

Five Star® DP Epoxy Grout is the only expansive, non-shrink, low exothermic epoxy system for machinery grouting. This versatile, dual purpose product is formulated for single, large volume placements and may be used as thin as 1/2 inch (13 mm) in depth. Five Star® DP Epoxy Grout is a three component, 100% solids, solvent-free system formulated to provide high-strength and superior creep resistance combined with the highest effective bearing area. Five Star® DP Epoxy Grout exhibits positive expansion when tested in accordance with ASTM C 827.

Special Orders, or epoxy grout that is project specified but not in our standard inventory, can often be acquired through one of our many nationwide distributors.

Grout Calculations are best performed in cubic inches. Multiply the number of inches wide (Width) by the number of inches long (Length) by the number of inches thick (Depth).
W” x L” x D” = Total Cubic Inches.
1 Cubic Foot = 1,728 Cubic Inches
1 Cubic Yard = 27 Cubic Feet
